We, the publisher and advertiser of the promotional material for Harryz White Shirts, hereby tender our unconditional and sincere apology to the two respected advocates whose photographs were used in our advertisement without their prior knowledge or consent.
It was never our intention to misrepresent, exploit, or imply endorsement by the said advocates. We acknowledge that the use of their images was inadvertent and improper, and we deeply regret any inconvenience, embarrassment, or reputational concern caused to them.
We hereby confirm the immediate withdrawal and permanent discontinuation of all promotional material containing their images, across all platforms including print, digital, and social media.
We further assure the public and the concerned individuals that we respect the dignity, professional standing, and legal rights of all individuals, and we commit to exercising due diligence and compliance in all future advertising activities.
Once again, we express our unconditional regret and sincere apology for this oversight.
